- How long does the shipping take?
We use Royal Mail for all our shipping from our London HQ. Shipping to addresses within the UK is normally up to 3 business days, but often quicker. Shipping to addresses outside the UK is anything up to 15 business days. Note that these are guidelines set by Royal Mail – not us.
- Do you offer custom or rush shipping?
Yes, we are able to offer Express Shipping to most parts of the world using FedEx if Royal Mail is not deemed suitable. If you would prefer FedEx Express Shipping, please just contact us directly and we will be happy to supply you with a quote based on the delivery address. - Do you sell gemstones in other materials, shapes, sizes and quantities?
Yes – we stock over 150 different precious and semi-precious gemstones on-site in a variety of materials, shapes, sizes and quantities – considerably more than what you can see in our store! Please just let us know what you’re after and we will endeavour to assist.
- Do you sell wholesale?
Yes – we are a wholesale supplier and therefore sell in larger quantities to the trade. If you have specific enquiries about larger volumes, please get in touch with us by sending a direct message.
- Do you have a refund policy?
We strive for excellence and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s), and we will be happy to offer a refund. Note that we do not refund the shipping costs for returned items – we will only refund the cost of the item(s) itself.
